Why FromToHow exists
We believe people can only make honest choices about their lives when they understand the reality they live in. No one can ever know reality completely — but a clear, well-sourced view of how we got here, and where we might be going, brings us closer. FromToHow is an attempt to share that bigger picture in a way that is accessible, engaging, and grounded in evidence.
How we work
Every article is built on reputable sources and aims to be as accurate as possible. Our process is transparent: we use modern AI tools to help research and write, and every factual claim is checked against multiple trustworthy sources before we publish. We try to clearly separate established evidence from open questions, and we update articles as understanding evolves. Each article also notes that it was produced with the help of AI tools.
